To log a support request, please follow our step-by-step guide (this tells you exactly what to send us):
Log a problem with Ecokeys Support
- Include your order number
- Include a screenshot of the full error message (if shown)
- Tell us what you’re trying to do (install, reinstall, activate, move to a new PC, etc.)
Response time: We aim to reply within 30 minutes during business hours.
Order Status “Awaiting Payment” or Not Received Your Email?
If your order shows Awaiting Payment, please check your inbox (and junk/spam) for your payment instructions.
