Return and Refund Policy
Please note that digital licenses can only be refunded in the case of failure, if this is requested via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 28 days of the purchase. Our promise is that if you contact us for help and we cannot resolve a technical problem, we’ll provide a full refund.
Refunds are always returned to the form of payment used to make the original order.
If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect goods we will arrange for the product to be swapped at Ecokeys expense.
To request a refund a support email must first be logged to email@example.com or phone 0333 772 2296.The email must include a detailed summary of the issue in hand. If a support technician cannot resolve the issue a refund will be processed within 24 hours.
Shipping and packaging charges – there are no shipping/packaging charges for downloadable products
There are no delivery charges for returning goods.
It is at Ecokeys discretion if a consumer can claim a refund after the 15 days cancellation period, we evaluate each case on merit. An email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with detailed summary of the issue and reason for refund or phone 0333 772 2296.
Please keep in mind all licenses sold by Ecokeys are valid for 1 unique PC and cannot be transferred
Software compatibility is entirely a responsibility of the customer to check as we are the license seller, all software is provided by Microsoft and copyright of that company, hence refunds will not be provided for compatibility of the software
Ecokeys does not take responsibility for any underlying local issues with the computer that could prevent the normal functioning of any software.
All Products sold Ecokeys include a 1-year warranty for re-installation and PC reset cases and free live chat/ Email support.
