Secure Payment Information
EcoKeys currently accepts payment using the payment methods made available for each order. After you place your order, the relevant payment instructions are sent to the email address used during checkout.
Your digital software is supplied once the required payment has been received and confirmed.
After checkout, your order will normally show as Awaiting Payment. No software licence is released until the required payment has been received and confirmed.

Available Ways to Pay
The payment options available for an individual order are confirmed in the payment instructions sent after checkout. Depending on the order, these may include a secure Worldpay payment link, PayPal invoice or bank transfer instructions.
Where Worldpay is available for your order, a secure Worldpay payment link may be sent separately by email after the order has been placed. Payment is then completed securely through the Worldpay payment page using the instructions provided.
Where PayPal is available for your order, a PayPal invoice is sent separately after the order has been placed. Payment is then completed through PayPal using the instructions contained in that invoice.
Bank transfer may also be available. The relevant payment details are provided with your payment instructions and your order is processed once the payment has been received and matched to your order.
Your Payment Instructions Are Sent Separately
Payment instructions are sent to the email address used when placing your order. If you cannot see the message, please check:
- Your main inbox.
- Spam or junk folders.
- Promotions or other filtered folders.
- That the email address entered with your order is correct.
Keeping Your Payment Information Safe
EcoKeys does not release digital software against an unpaid order. Once the required payment has been received and confirmed, the order can proceed to fulfilment.
If you have placed an order but have not made payment, no software licence will be supplied and no payment has been taken simply by completing the checkout.
