At present, EcoKeys uses a manual payment process after checkout. You can place your order on the website first, and the available payment instructions are then sent separately to the email address used for your order.
This keeps the order and payment stages separate and means payment information is handled through the relevant payment provider or bank rather than being entered directly into the EcoKeys checkout.
Placing an order does not automatically take payment
After checkout, your order will normally show as Awaiting Payment. Your software is not released until the required payment has been received and confirmed.

Receive payment instructions A payment instruction email is normally sent shortly after your order has been received, explaining the payment options currently available.

Complete payment Follow the instructions provided. Once payment has been confirmed, your order can be processed and your digital software supplied.

That the email address entered with the order is correct

Do not email card information EcoKeys will not ask you to send debit or credit card numbers, security codes or online banking passwords by email.
Follow the supplied instructions Use only the payment details contained in the payment instruction email associated with your EcoKeys order.
Check before paying If anything in the payment email is unclear, contact EcoKeys support before sending payment.
Changed your mind?
If you have placed an order but have not made payment, no software licence will be supplied and no payment has been taken simply by completing the checkout.
